I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful but hot and humid, with wet carpet probably from the AC, yet they were nice overall. The service was excellent with very helpful staff, although not very informative or knowledgeable, and they were just doing their jobs. The location was excellent, perfect for shopping, restaurants, and close to the interstate. The dining was not complimentary and limited, but they did provide a to-go bag with an apple or breakfast bar. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
